Administrative Clerk (Temp-to-Hire)

Stockton East Water District is seeking applicants for an Administrative Clerk (Temp-to-Hire). The Administrative Clerk serves as a clerk to various departments; performing a wide variety of detailed administrative work, clerical work and responsible support work. Performs duties related to human resources, risk management, customer service, information technology, records management and agenda preparation. The ideal Administrative Clerk candidate will have two (2) years of experience in performing a variety of office and administrative support work, preferably in a Special District or water utility. The Education and experience desires are: completion of advanced educational training in office administration and/or field of similar nature. The Administrative Clerk must possess good verbal and written communication skills and be familiar and experienced with the Microsoft suite of programs. Possession of a valid class “C” California Driver’s License is required.
